BLC Yardworks provides landscaping, hardscaping, and outdoor living design and construction services in Plainfield, Yorkville, Oswego, and surrounding communities in Illinois.

When you submit a consultation request form on our Site, you provide personal information including your name, email address, phone number, and project details. By submitting this form, you:

Consent to being contacted by BLC Yardworks via email regarding your inquiry
May optionally consent to receiving SMS/text messages (see Section 4 below)
Understand there is no obligation to purchase any services

4. SMS/Text Messaging Program

Program Name: BLC Yardworks Consultation Notifications

Description: When you submit your phone number through our consultation request form and check the SMS consent checkbox, you opt in to receive text messages from BLC Yardworks. These messages include consultation confirmations, scheduling reminders, and follow-ups related to your landscaping project inquiry.

Message Frequency: You may receive up to 4 text messages per month.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. BLC Yardworks is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Opt-Out: You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

No Purchase Required: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services from BLC Yardworks.

Supported Carriers: Messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information — including your phone number — with third parties for their marketing purposes.

6. Estimates & Pricing

Any pricing information displayed on this Site is for general reference only and does not constitute a binding quote. Actual project costs are determined through an on-site consultation and will be provided in a written estimate.

7. Limitation of Liability

This Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. BLC Yardworks is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or service interruptions.
